Job Description

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect sports equipment or apparel. Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, providing personalized product recommendations. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our sports items, including equipment, gear, and apparel, and confidently answer any related questions. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. Utilize effective sales techniques to promote sports products and maximize sales opportunities. Guide customers through the purchasing process, from selecting the right equipment to choosing complementary items or accessories. Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store. Upsell additional products or services, such as accessories, maintenance kits, or membership programs, where appropriate. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including well-presented product displays and stocked inventory shelves. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
