Job Summary 15 - 20 years in sales and marketing across financial services, wealth management , or fintech with exposure to multi-channel distribution models. Job Description: Channel Sales Expansion (B2B2C + D2C) Drive revenue through partner-led (B2B2C) and direct customer (D2C) models across PMS, AIF, MF & Advisory products. Manage a network of 50+ channel partners (CPs) and empower their teams to service 20,000+ clients. Implement strategic growth plans for expanding the partner network and increasing wallet share. Sales Planning & Execution Develop territory-wise and channel-wise sales forecasts. Lead sales initiatives to increase AUM, customer acquisition, and cross-sell/upsell ratios. Build structured engagement models with partner firms, individual distributors, and internal teams. Marketing Strategy & Digital Engagement Design integrated campaigns for B2B2C and D2C customer bases. Create marketing funnels for lead generation, conversion, and re-engagement through digital tools. Monitor campaign performance, brand engagement, and lead ROI. Partner Enablement & Training Conduct regular partner onboarding, certification, and product training sessions. Ensure availability of sales kits, brochures, videos, product decks, and dashboards to all CPs. Promote platform-driven, DIY investment journeys among partner clients. Customer Experience & CRM Ownership Ensure seamless onboarding, RM handholding, post-sale servicing, and client retention. Improve client satisfaction using feedback loops, CRM tools, and automated engagement workflows. Maintain a robust sales pipeline through structured lead nurturing. Revenue Monitoring & Team Management Define KPIs for B2B2C and D2C sales teams and align incentives to performance. Track channel productivity, AUM inflows, and customer conversion metrics. Guide teams with clear sales scorecards, daily activity reports, and escalation frameworks.
