Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound sales calls and emails from potential customers - Provide information about our products and services to potential customers - Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that meet those needs - Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase sales revenue - Maintain accurate and complete customer information in our CRM system - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets - Follow up with customers via phone and email to close sales - Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals - Attend training sessions and product demonstrations to stay up-to-date on product knowledge Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Proven sales experience, preferably in an inbound sales role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing excellent service - Ability to work well in a team environment We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary and commission, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement.
