Job Description

As a Sales/Admission Counselor Intern at the education sector client, your main role will involve assisting with lead conversion and enrollment processes for a reputed College. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to leads generated by the institution - Counseling and guiding students through the admission process - Following up and converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments - Managing email communication with prospective students - Maintaining and updating lead information in the CRM system - Tracking and reporting conversion progress To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, and English - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setup - Experience with CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory - Prior experience in sales or admissions is preferred but not mandatory If you have a passion for guiding students and possess excellent communication skills, this opportunity provides a platform to contribute effectively in lead conversion and enrollment processes.,
