Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBITIES:

Make outbound calls to promote products or services, generate leads, set appointments.
Handle inbound calls: answer inquiries, resolve issues, respond to complaints.
Follow up on leads on calling remind them about offers, check back on earlier interactions.
Provide feedback to manager about any issues.

WORK TIME:

Monday to Saturday- 10:00 A.M to 7:00 P.M

Sunday - Week off.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 06 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
