Job Responsibilities

• Assisted the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads through market research and cold outreach.
• Supported the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
• Managed and updated customer databases and CRM systems with accurate client information.
• Conducted competitor and market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Participated in client meetings and calls to understand customer needs and product requirements.
• Collaborated with marketing and sales departments to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads.
• Tracked sales performance metrics and prepared weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Responded to client inquiries and provided excellent customer service support.
• Assisted in developing strategies to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
• Learned and applied consultative selling techniques under the guidance of senior sales representatives.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
