Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally. Sales and Promotions: Stay up-to-date on product features, current sales, and promotions to assist customers and drive sales. Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations: Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and returns, using the company's POS system. Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and setting up displays. Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, receiving new shipments, and reporting low stock levels.
