Roles and Responsibilities – Sales Intern

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Research and identify potential clients or customers.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, or social media platforms.
• Maintain a record of all outreach efforts in the CRM or tracking sheet.

2. Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Support in managing client accounts and maintaining client relationships.
• Help follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure timely responses.

3. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights to help the sales team improve strategies and campaigns.

4. Administrative Tasks

• Maintain organized sales records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and demos for the sales team.

5. CRM & Data Management

• Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics.

6. Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams for aligned efforts.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to understand products and sales techniques.

7. Performance & Reporting

• Prepare weekly or monthly reports on leads, conversions, and sales activities.
• Suggest improvements to enhance sales outreach and engagement.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
