Sales Head Hardware Trading

You will be responsible for Market Analysis, Quantitative Research, Hardware Sales, primary sales, and secondary sales. Your primary focus will be on building a network of hardware stores to display and sell Aristo sliding door products through each store's local network of carpenters and contractors. This involves identifying stores and store networks, ensuring a large target customer base of carpenters and contractors, rolling out sliding door displays, training store personnel on products and the design portal, enabling stores to place orders through the design portal, maintaining regular monthly sales, implementing promotions and schemes, and utilizing the sales management system for tracking and reporting progress. In addition, you will work on secondary demand creation by building a loyal customer base of carpenters and contractors who will purchase Aristo sliding doors. This includes collaborating with hardware stores to access their customer base, establishing relationships with customers, providing product training, making site visits to address specific customer needs, organizing events at local venues for customer training and engagement, and driving sales through the stores. You will also be responsible for team building by hiring a pan-India team to execute the tasks mentioned above.
