Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Replenish stock and manage product displays
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree or equivalent

· Minimum 1-2 Year Experience

· Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Confident, outgoing, and presentable

· Strong selling and negotiation skills

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Must know how to Ride a scooter.
