We are seeking an experienced CRM Support Lead with a strong background in Zoho Help Desk and CRM tools, preferably within the BFSI sector. Responsible for managing CRM-related support operations, supervising a team, handling audits, support issues. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: BOM Creation and Management 1) Develop and maintain accurate and detailed Bills of Materials for all products from inputs and datasheets received. 2) Ensure that all components, sub-assemblies, and materials are correctly listed and categorized. 3) Update BOMs as design changes, improvements, or corrections are made. 4) Create and release manufacturers, manufacturer and vendor parts, internal part numbers in the PLM system. Collaboration with Clients Design and Engineering Teams 1) Work closely with design and engineering teams to understand product specifications and requirements. 2) Ensure that BOMs align with the latest product designs and engineering documents. 3) Communicate any discrepancies or issues between the BOM and design documents to relevant stakeholders. Data Integrity and Documentation 1) Ensure the integrity and accuracy of BOM data within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. 2) Maintain thorough documentation of BOM revisions, changes, and approvals. 3) Implement and manage a systematic approach to version control for BOMs Change Management 1) Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensure all BOM updates are accurately reflected. 2) Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently. 3) Track and document the impact of changes on product cost, quality, and performance 4) Work with Planners, Technology and Operations in cut-over to a new revision of running products Desired Candidate Profile: 1) Should have excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and findings in a clear and concise manner 2) Candidate must be open for traveling for short/long duration for visits related to projects. 3) Experience of working as ERP Analyst / Product Configuration Engineer / Configuration Management Executive is an added advantage. 4) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools/software 5) Reviews and responds to incoming customers specification requirements from Sales / Applications based on team discussions with Sales / Applications, Product Strategy team and the global Product Configuration team 6) Error-free product implementations and high level of responsiveness to customers requests are key success factors in this role 7) Exhibit effective organizational skills, a focus on accuracy, and attention to detail. 8) Creative and passionate about creating solutions to customer problems 9) Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision 10) Provide accurate and timely estimates for work tasks, items and activities. 11) Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.

We are looking for: Mechanical Developer Youll make an impact by: Review of Customer specifications, commercial/technical documents, product requirements. Identify and define preliminary scope of work for Switchgear and its associated components that fits the Customer specifications. Prepare Bills of Materials, Layout Drawings, and Specification Review documents based on the best judgement of the Engineer. Collaborate with Engineers within the Business Unit to generate technical solutions for the Siemens suite of products. Prepare Switchgear mechanical modelling concept with 3D/2D according NEMA Standards. Detailed Mechanical General Arrangement drawings of Switchgear according customer requirement. Expertise in Switchgear Product Standardization and NEMA Standards. Customisation of Mechanical Switchgear Drawings according to Customer requirement. Engage in Customer discussions by supporting the Business Development, Proposal and Sales teams. Accountability of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances and sheet metal structural design. Work closely with the Project Management team for an efficient and effective handover of the project. Use your skills to move the world forward! Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering and a minimum 4 years engineering experience in an EPC, engineering, manufacturing, utility, or industrial corporate environment. Advanced degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience. Experience with the design and application of electrical power distribution products and power systems/ power delivery (Switchgear). Knowledge of Mechanical Structure schemes, schematics, and layout diagrams. Ability to analyses customers technical documentation to interpret and apply appropriate Siemens product offerings to meet the customers expectations in cost-effective and timely manner, offer alternative solutions to optimize profitability while meeting customer needs. Basic financial knowledge to understand and participate in ongoing business planning and support the product as well as project lifecycle management processes. Excellent collaboration, leadership, and decision-making skills in a team environment, and demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks while maintaining excellent customer service. Excellent communications skills to effectively and accurately communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to identify market trends and using this information, work closely with Marketing and Technology to create and justify projects to close the identified gaps. Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office tools and product configuration/pricing applications. Experience in 3D/2D Modelling using AutoCad, NX, Revit, etc. Experience in PLM Software SAP, Team Centre, Sales Force etc. Travel Required - Less than 10%.

Coordinate with the sales team to manage and streamline all pre- and post-sales activities. Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM system with accurate lead, opportunity, and customer data.Generate, track, and analyze sales reports.

Min 6 months to 4 yrs of BDE exp in the IT industry,software & hardware sales.Proficiency in CRM software(Salesforce) & MS Office storage solutions, networking equipment, cybersecurity tools, enterprise software,computing solutions, SaaS.
