Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the implementation and customization of customer Salesforce solutions, particularly focusing on projects involving Sales Cloud (CRM), Service Cloud (Call Centers), Collaboration Cloud (Chatter), Marketing Cloud, Custom Cloud, and integrations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that project scope and customer expectations are met. Additionally, you will work closely with customer management, subject matter experts, and IT personnel to complete Salesforce implementation tasks as necessary. You may also be managing smaller implementation projects or subsets of larger projects, requiring a general understanding of business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and customize customer Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Collaboration Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Custom Cloud, and integrations. - Collaborate with customer management, subject matter experts, and IT personnel to complete Salesforce implementation tasks. - Manage smaller Salesforce implementation projects or subsets of larger projects. - Respond to a variety of questions and concerns from customer management regarding project requirements, technical standards, and conditions. - Communicate project status and determine project feasibility. - Document findings and actions related to project implementation.
