Sales Floor Representative/Cashier

Job Summary:

As a Sales Floor Representative, you will be the face of our store, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. Your primary role is to assist customers on the sales floor, maintain product displays, and support store operations. You’ll help drive sales through excellent service, product knowledge, and a professional, customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding products, sizes, and making purchasing decisions
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies
• Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is neatly presented
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items
• Support fitting room or demo areas (if applicable)
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
