JOB TITLE SALES FACILITATOR (ALTERNATE CHANNEL) Job Description: 1. To support the Sales Team of Alternate Channel in achieving Sales Targets through effective coordination & facilitation between Customers & Back end Teams at the Head Office & Factory in Chennai 2. Maintaining Sales MIS & publishing them on a daily – weekly – monthly basis to management . This would include set formats as advised by management 3. Completely involve in backend Operations of all Alternate Channel sales Function ie; Follow up with customers for release of Pos based on confirmation received from Sales Team , Maintain a database of all POs received, participate & follow up on sales & operations (S&OP) action points based on monthly meetings being conducted . Coordinate with factory & ensure availability of materials on time in full . Fixing appointments with customer’s delivery partners and aligning with transporters based on the appointments given by various Modern Trade , Online & OEM’s 4. Visits to factory team of Production , Logistics & QC teams twice a month to align supplies 5. Maintaining and monitoring collections from customers . This includes publishing of monthly MIS on age wise outstanding collectable from customers . Following up on telephone with customers wherever necessary . Maintain account statements as well as ensuring proper reconciliation of Customer accounts on a regular basis 6. At times visits to customers may be required to submit samples of even follow up on routine matters if not resolved off line SKILL SETS 1. No compromise on ethics & integrity as job involves direct customer facing 2. Sound Knowledge of MS Office ( XL , Word & PPT ) is a must 3. Decent level of spoken & written English & spoken Tamil is a must . Knowledge of Hindi would give a distinct advantage 4. Must be a team player as nature of work involves close working & coordination with both internal & external stake holders 5. As travel is involved must have a 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler 6. Must be able bodied capable of travelling out of Chennai at times if the necessity arises
