* Actively seek out new sales leads through field visits, calls, emails, and networking
* Pitch travel packages and customized holiday solutions to potential clients
* Convert leads into confirmed bookings* Maintain a database of leads and sales activity
* Follow up with clients pre- and post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention
* Collaborate with operations team for seamless trip execution
* Represent Paperboat Holidays at travel fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events
* Provide weekly reports on sales activities and closures
