Position: Sales Executive_Personal Loan Process

Location: Thrissur, Calicut

Exp: 1 - 3yrs (Freshers can also apply)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in banking or related field preferred

Key Skills: Strong Communication skills & sales skills, Analytical and problem-solving skills, etc.

Salary: CTC - 23,000

• Bike & Driving License mandatory
• Male Candidates preferred
• Knowledge of loan products and regulations
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-centric approach
• Identify potential customers for personal loans
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects
• Assess customer creditworthiness and process loan applications
• Explain loan products, interest rates, and terms to customers
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely repayment
• Collaborate with teams like credit, operations, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• 50% branch work, 50% field (new customer acquisition)
• Corporate activities / loan promotion
• Direct documentation work
