Position: Field Sales Executive, Lead Generation Executive, Sales & Site Executive (Male)

Location: Choolai, Chennai

Exp: Min.1yr

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or related field preferred

Key Skills: Lead generation, cold calling, site visits, relationship building, negotiation, objection handling and closing etc.

Salary: 15 – 20k + Incentives

• Male candidates preferred.
• Two wheelers mandatory for travel.
• Travel allowance provided.
• Conduct site visits (4 days/week) to generate new leads and collect data
• Meet targets: 750+ new contacts/month, 480+ qualified leads/month
• Gather builder, architect, contractor, and landlord details
• Manage and submit data in Excel to Lead Manager/Telecalling team
• Build client relationships to drive conversions
• Drive sales through referrals and revisits.
