Job Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in and online clients with service inquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert them into potential clients.
Maintain a good relationship with customers and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with the photography team to manage client expectations.
Maintain sales reports and update CRM tools regularly.
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in photography/wedding industry is a plus.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Willingness to learn and grow in a creative environment.
