This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to start their career in sales within the organic food sector. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Product Presentation & Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our organic products to potential clients. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities. Order Management: Assist in processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field. Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in sales; freshers with a keen interest in the organic food industry are encouraged to apply. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
