The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company's portfolio of tools and hardware products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories. Visit clients, dealers, and distributors to generate sales. Maintain and expand customer base by developing strong relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions using CRM software. Participate in trade exhibitions and promotional events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in B2B or industrial product sales (tools/hardware experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively. Proficiency in MS Office and sales software (e.g., CRM). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tools, hardware, or FMCG products. Knowledge of local market trends and distribution networks.
