Fast2Book is a revolutionary online booking platform built by InnovesTech Ventures Pvt. Ltd., helping customers book appointments with doctors, salons, and caterers—all in one place.

We simplify how service providers grow their businesses by offering tools for appointments, payments, marketing, and customer management.

We’re expanding in the NCR region and are looking for a Sales Executive who can onboard local vendors and drive adoption of our 90-day free vendor subscription offer.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify and onboard local service providers (clinics, salons, spas, caterers, fitness centers, etc.) to the Fast2Book platform.
  • Present and promote Fast2Book’s 90-day free subscription offer.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual demos to explain platform benefits and convert leads into active vendors.
  • Guide vendors through setup and activation of their profiles and listings.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Meet or exceed assigned vendor acquisition targets.
  • Generate and manage leads via field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools and share regular performance updates.

Relationship Building

  • Develop long-term vendor relationships to encourage renewals and upselling.
  • Collect feedback from vendors and share insights for improving platform engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Vendor Acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Good understanding of NCR’s local markets and business landscape.
  • Education: Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).

Compensation Structure:

  • Performance-Based Earning Model (No Fixed Salary)
  • Incentive per vendor acquisition and activation.
  • Additional bonuses for target achievements (e.g., 200+ vendors/month).
  • No travel reimbursement – candidates are expected to manage their own travel.
  • Expected Earning Potential: ₹20,000 – ₹70,000+ per month (based purely on performance and acquisition).
