Job Description

Customer Engagement: Greet showroom walk-ins and field online/phone inquiries to assess budget, family needs, and usage preferences.
Product Demonstration: Showcase vehicle specifications, trim variants, safety features, and warranties.
Test Drives: Coordinate and accompany clients on test drives, ensuring safety rules and valid driver’s licenses are logged.
Negotiation & Pricing: Prepare formal price quotations, negotiate within approved manager discount limits, and evaluate trade-in vehicles.
Finance & Documentation: Assist buyers with auto loan paperwork, insurance policies, booking forms, and RTO/registration documentation.
Delivery & Follow-up: Conduct a structured vehicle handover on delivery day and follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals.
CRM Management: Log all prospective leads, follow-up dates, and pipeline status accurately into the dealership's Dealer Management System (DMS).
