Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will assist customers in selecting the right furniture, understand their requirements, explain customization options, and ensure an exceptional buying experience.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and walk-in customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
• Promote customized furniture solutions based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and the website.
• Prepare and share quotations with customers.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for customized orders.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, offers, and industry trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, furniture, home décor, or interior design will be an advantage.
