Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad Industry: Building Materials / Interior Solutions Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing showroom team specializing in tiles and adhesives . This role involves field-based sales , site mapping , and direct selling to end customers, builders, and contractors . Ideal for individuals passionate about construction materials, interior finishes, and hands-on customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site visits to construction projects, interior sites, and residential developments. Identify and map potential sales opportunities in the local market. Promote and sell a range of tiles and adhesive solutions to individual customers, contractors, builders, and architects. Build strong relationships with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams. Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance as needed. Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the showroom and warehouse for timely order fulfilment and service support. Maintain records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Candidate Profile Experience: 0–3 years in field sales, preferably in tiles, adhesives, or building materials. Education: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or degree in marketing, construction, or related fields is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel locally and work on-site. Basic technical understanding of construction sites is preferred.
