Role : General: Prior experience in travel or customer service is preferred. Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other travel arrangements. Process payments and issue travel documents such as itineraries, tickets, and insurance. Stay up-to-date on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health protocols. Handle changes, cancellations, and emergency situations with professionalism. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Promote and sell travel packages and services. Handle customer inquiries and provide travel recommendations.
