Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team at 3 Works, the real estate services vertical of TICCO. This is a hybrid role that involves both tele calling and field sales, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, converting leads, and representing premium real estate projects across Pune. What We’re Looking For A people-person with strong sales instincts who’s comfortable with in-person meetings, confident communication, and the hustle required to close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and qualify new leads across the real estate and marketing sectors. Build relationships with developers, investors, business owners, and HNIs. Conduct market research to position our offerings competitively. Pre-Sales, Sales Execution & Client Service Set up presentations, property walkthroughs, or pitch meetings. Guide clients through the decision-making process with clarity and confidence. Ensure excellent after-sales engagement to build long-term client relationships. Sales Target Orientation Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track, report, and improve personal sales performance with team support. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Fluent communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus). Confident presentation and follow-up abilities. Self-discipline and consistency in lead management. Comfortable using digital tools for lead tracking and scheduling. Nice-to-Have Qualities Experience in real estate sales or marketing services. Local market knowledge (especially Pune and nearby regions). Client servicing experience with HNIs or senior business stakeholders. Social media savvy for personal branding or business outreach.
