Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Executive - Team Leader to drive business growth and lead a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership qualities, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
• Develop new business opportunities through field sales and client engagement
• Manage team performance and provide regular training and guidance
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Minimum qualification: Graduation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
