Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, initiating conversations via LinkedIn, Email, or WhatsApp, and building strong relationships to close sales deals effectively. Key Responsibilities:  Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and engage with potential B2B clients.  Build and nurture relationships with prospects through personalized outreach via Email or WhatsApp.  Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.  Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support.  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills:  Good communication skills – both verbal and written  Problem-solving ability – to handle objections and offer effective solutions  Analytical thinking – to understand customer behavior and optimize outreach strategies  Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills  Attention to detail and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications:  Proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the IT or SaaS industry  Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator  Experience using CRM platforms for sales tracking  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
