Job Summary:
Surya Informatics Solution Pvt Ltd is hiring Sales Executives to meet SME clients, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable financial products. The role includes field visits, client engagement, follow-ups, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet SME clients based on appointments scheduled by the telecalling/inside sales team
• Reach client locations on time as per the meeting plan
• Understand the client’s industry, business model, and financial requirements
• Present company offerings clearly with strong value propositions
• Share basic market insights and competitor information when needed
• Create urgency in the sales process and offer suitable financial options
• Generate leads through networking and basic cold calling
• Maintain regular follow-ups for customer satisfaction and renewals
• Handle challenging client situations confidently and positively

Performance Expectations:

• Attend 6–8 client meetings per day
• Report updates to the manager
• Close 30–40 contracts per month
• Meet SMEs across multiple industries
