As a Store Sales Incharge at our Coimbatore location, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Welcome every walk-in customer with warmth and professionalism - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products - Achieve personal and store-level sales targets - Build loyal customer relationships and ensure return visits - Maintain the store's cleanliness, display aesthetics, and stock organization - Handle POS operations and daily sales entries - Assist in store events, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising - Address customer queries, feedback, and issues gracefully To qualify for this position, you should have: - 1 Year of experience in sales and customer handling Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a compensation package including a yearly bonus.
