Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads generated through digital campaigns, property portals, walk-ins, referrals, and channel partners.
• Schedule and conduct site visits, explaining project features, layouts, specifications, pricing, and payment plans.
• Follow up with prospective buyers through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to drive conversions.
• Negotiate with customers within approved pricing limits and coordinate with the Sales Manager for offers and approvals.
• Assist customers with booking formalities, application forms, booking payments, KYC documentation, and agreement scheduling.
• Coordinate with the CRM and back-office teams regarding payment collections, demand letters, and home-loan documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, site visits, follow-ups, and sales status in the CRM.
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and local brokers across Kokapet and the Financial District.
• Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and promotional offers, sharing relevant market insights with the team.
• Represent the company at site events, open houses, and property expos when required.
• Achieve monthly targets for customer follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and collections.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing sales.
• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or PGDM in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
• Good verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Willingness to work in the field, attend weekend site visits, and perform in a target-driven environment.
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, MS Excel, and CRM tools.
• Ability to join immediately.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
