Profile Summary

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and target-oriented Store Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in retail sales, customer relationship management, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for converting walk-in customers into sales and ensuring an excellent in-store customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements and budget.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing offers effectively.
• Convert walk-in customers and potential leads into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Use strong convincing and negotiation skills to close sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers to generate sales and improve conversions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains well-organized.
• Manage billing, sales documentation, and customer records accurately, as required.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, store sales, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer-handling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Good knowledge of customer service and sales techniques.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS systems is an advantage.
