Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Sales Executive to handle client acquisition, business development, relationship management, and sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, networking, references, and direct outreach.
• Understand client requirements related to advertising, branding, marketing, and promotions.
• Present company services and conduct client meetings.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
• Prepare proposals and quotations and handle negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales pipeline, lead records, and follow-up status.
• Build strong client relationships and generate repeat business/referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution after sales closure.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Client handling and relationship management.
• Lead generation, follow-up, and business development.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Knowledge of advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative services is an advantage.
