Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our sales team across bid management, tender identification, sales operations and inbound cybersecurity enquiries. The role requires good coordination, documentation and follow-up skills, along with a willingness to learn cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid & Tender Management:

  Support preparation and submission of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and tenders; review eligibility criteria, technical requirements, documentation, and submission deadlines; coordinate with Sales, Presales, Finance and other teams to compile bid responses.

• GeM & Tender Tracking:

  Identify relevant opportunities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and subscribed tender portals; screen opportunities for relevance and eligibility; maintain tender trackers and monitor deadlines, amendments and submission status.

• Sales Operations & CRM:

  Generate basic reports and dashboards in Zoho CRM; maintain accurate lead and opportunity data; track follow-ups and support periodic sales reporting.

• Digital Sales Desk:

  Handle routine inbound sales enquiries and provide preliminary information on cybersecurity offerings, including SEBI CSCRF, DPDPA readiness, VAPT, SOC and other security solutions. Record enquiries, qualify them at a basic level and route them to the appropriate Sales or Presales teams.

• Coordination & Reporting:

  Maintain bid and enquiry trackers, follow up on pending inputs, and ensure timely updates and closure of assigned activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; Business, Commerce or IT-related qualifications preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, inside sales or sales operations.
• Good/Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of IT/ cybersecurity solutions.
