Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (mobiles, accessories, gadgets, etc.).
• Stay updated on the latest products, offers, and features in the market.
• Ensure attractive and organized product displays in the store.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support as needed.
• Coordinate with the store team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Passion for mobile phones, electronics, and latest tech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays, as per retail schedules.
• Basic computer skills (billing systems, product lookups, etc.)
