Sales Executive / Sales Agent Recruiter

Looking for a dynamic candidate to recruit and train sales agents, explain product details, and help them achieve sales targets. The role involves motivating the team, tracking performance, and ensuring business growth through effective sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage new agents/distributors/partners.
• Train and support the agency team to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure continuous engagement.
• Monitor and track performance metrics of the agency network.
• Execute growth strategies to expand channel reach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, channel development, or B2B marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
