Job Description

Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of STAR BOTTLES ’ retail operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and has a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences. Understand product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of current promotions, store inventory, and new arrivals. Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, properly displayed, and in good condition. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive team environment. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product requests, and inventory needs. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role (1–3 years preferred). Candidates with any degree or diploma are preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly with customers. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
