Job Brief

Resonix Herbs is looking for an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our retail presence in Gurugram. In this role, you will be on the field daily, building strong retailer relationships, ensuring high brand visibility, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets for the complete Resonix Herbs product range (SKUs).
• Daily Field Coverage: Visit a minimum of 40 retail outlets daily (including Paan shops, chemists, and general stores) as per the assigned beat/route plan to secure orders and ensure billing.
• Distribution Expansion: Proactively onboard and appoint new retail outlets to widen product distribution across the assigned territory.
• Route Discipline & Attendance: Maintain 100% adherence to assigned routes and beat plans. Daily field attendance will be tracked via GPS/company mobile application.
• Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure optimal display of Resonix Herbs products, including blister cards, posters, and point-of-sale materials at retail outlets.
• Trade Schemes & Collections: Effectively execute trade schemes, promotions, and collect outstanding payments in line with company credit policies.
• Daily Reporting: Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and Market Working Reports to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) by 8:00 PM daily via WhatsApp, email, or mobile app.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in FMCG, OTC, or retail field sales.
• Route Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local retail markets, key routes, and retail shop networks (chemists, general trade, paan shops).
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone applications for attendance, GPS tracking, order booking, and daily reporting.
• Work Ethic: High level of discipline, punctuality, and target orientation. Strictly zero-tolerance policy for proxy punching or route deviations.
• Vehicle: Possess a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license (Preferred/Required).
