Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in selling residential flats, villas, rooms, and land (plots/grounds). The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and capable of converting leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales of residential properties (flats, villas, rooms) and land/plots.
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and digital leads.
• Conduct site visits and explain property features, pricing, and legal formalities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate quality leads.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow-up records.
• Understand market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Marketing, or Civil background).
• 1 to 4 years of proven sales experience in real estate (flats, villas, rooms, or land).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince and close high-value deals.
• Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is an advantage.
• Local language proficiency and knowledge of local geography preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,726.84 - ₹30,880.96 per month
