We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive who can handle clients from their very first inquiry all the way to final closure, managing relationships and property visits end-to-end.

Job Responsibilities

- Understand property requirements clearly from clients for both residential and commercial needs.

- Coordinate closely with the internal team to find matching, available properties from our database.

- Resolve all client queries related to properties promptly and professionally.

- Work closely with clients to guide them through their search and build a strong rapport.

- Show suitable properties to clients and arrange/conduct smooth site visits.

- Manage the entire sales lifecycle by working with clients from end-to-end.

- Negotiate pricing and terms based on client needs and market standards.

- Successfully onboard property details and update every client requirement accurately in the company database.

- Drive the process toward a successful property closure and deal finalization.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to keep leads active and warm.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Any degree holder (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (Mandatory for client site visits).

- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Comfort with field travel across assigned areas.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
