Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial real estate.
• Drive sales and leasing of office spaces, retail properties, and industrial spaces.
• Generate leads and build relationships with corporate clients, HNI clients, property owners, developers, and channel partners.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable commercial properties.
• Arrange client meetings, property visits, and site inspections across Mumbai.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close property deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closures and timely collections.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales updates in the CRM.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 years of real estate experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate sales, commercial leasing, property sales, or business development will be an advantage.
• Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in sales.
• Must be comfortable travelling across Mumbai for client meetings and property visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license as required for the role.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
