Role Overview

Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from 99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks, and channel partners.
• Conduct property presentations, virtual and on-site visits.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from enquiry to agreement signing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates in Zoho CRM.

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA preferred.

• 4 10 years

  of experience in real estate sales (residential segment preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in

  English and Tamil

  .
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with

  Zoho CRM

  or similar platforms is an advantage.
