Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – preferably with Aviation & Charter Services background to lead sales initiatives, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth in private aviation and charter services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and an established network within aviation, corporate travel, and high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow charter aviation and related services
• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate, VIP, and high-net-worth clients
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiations, and contract closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers, travel partners, and aviation stakeholders
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
• Collaborate with operations and flight teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
• Represent the company at aviation events, trade shows, and networking forums

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field
• 2+ years of proven sales experience in Aviation / Charter / Private Jet services
• Understanding of charter operations, aircraft types, and aviation regulations ((preferred)
• Existing client network in corporate travel, luxury travel, or aviation sectors (preferred)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
