Job Overview

Rajlaxmi Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, explaining our products and services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Ability to negotiate, convince, and handle customer queries.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.

Experience
