Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and other marketing activities.
Contact potential buyers and understand their property requirements and budget.
Present residential and commercial property options to prospective clients.
Arrange and conduct property site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and available offers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the marketing, documentation, and customer service teams.
Assist customers with booking procedures and required documentation.
