Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to support business growth by identifying potential customers, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and field visits.
• Contact prospective customers and explain the company's products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and order processing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, lead generation, and customer handling.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and convincing skills.
• Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; a business or marketing qualification is preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
