Job Overview

Prosonic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, promoting company products, conducting product demonstrations, and building long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

• Generate new leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email campaigns, online research, and CRM or sales software.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.

2. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations

• Develop a thorough understanding of company products, features, and benefits.
• Explain product specifications and conduct demonstrations for prospective customers.

3. Customer Engagement and Sales Pitching

• Contact prospective customers to understand their business requirements.
• Present suitable products and solutions through effective sales pitches.
• Communicate product benefits clearly and professionally.

4. Sales Target Achievement

• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain daily call records, lead details, follow-ups, and sales activity reports.

5. Customer Visits and Relationship Management

• Conduct customer visits and meetings as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Support customer retention, repeat business, and referral generation.

6. Follow-Ups and Deal Closure

• Follow up with leads, quotations, and pending enquiries.
• Address customer queries and coordinate internally to support timely order closure.

7. Marketing and Team Coordination

• Support promotional activities and sales strategies to increase market reach.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication and service.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Business or Marketing is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or a related role.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, internet research, WhatsApp, and sales tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work towards targets and conduct customer visits when required.

Job Details

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
