Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team. The company will provide qualified customer leads and your primary responsibility will be to convert these inquiries into successful property booking by delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact and follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

· Schedule and conduct site visits.

· Deliver professional project presentations and explain pricing, payment plans, and offers.

· Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.

· Handle customer objections confidently and guide them toward informed decisions.

· Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

· Coordinate with the documentation and accounts teams for booking and payment processes.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

· Stay updated on project developments, competitors, and local market trends.

· Represent the company professionally at all times.

Required Skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

· Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

· Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.

· Good presentation skills.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

· Quick learner with willingness to grow.

Eligibility

· Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

· Undergraduate & Fresher’s with excellent communication skills are welcome.

· Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automobiles, telecom, or direct sales will be an added advantage.

· Candidates should possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler (preferred).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
