Their typical duties and responsibilities include: Reach out to potential or existing customers to present our products and services Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs Create and maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information in databases Process orders and ensure timely delivery Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation Go the extra mile to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales Continually update knowledge of company products, services, and policies
