Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting products/services, and closing sales deals to achieve targets. This is a field and office-based role requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, field visits, referrals, etc.)
• Meet prospective clients, understand their needs, and pitch relevant products/services
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Provide feedback to the management regarding market trends and customer needs

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
• Proven experience in sales or a similar field is an advantage (Freshers may also apply)
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Must be willing to travel locally
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹27,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
